How do I?
Often the 'how do I?' questions are quickly resolved on a per query basis. A query can be logged via our support centre, by calling, or emailing, where it will then be allocated to the support team to resolve. Guidance can then be provided using a remote session or we can arrange a face-to-face meeting to resolve your query.
These are 30-45 minute overview or taster sessions covering a broad range of software applications and tools. Courses offered usually include a look at: online work suite run-through, application overviews, web design theory, security principles and system tips/tricks.
These provide a more in-depth look at an application or feature. The relationship between applications can be covered based on a provided scenario - for example, the on-boarding of a new employee and the steps required to get them set up across systems. Workshops range from 1 hour to 2.5 hours.
