We provide a range of online, face-to-face, one-to-one and group training opportunities, tailored to the needs of our customers. Other than the basic guidance provided on a system handover, Ostratto can build a bespoke training package to boost user IT efficiency and get more from your systems.
As per our principles, all of our training is provided in an easy-to-understand format in an easy-to-understand language. We have found technical jargon isn't helpful to our users and so we try to avoid it. That is, unless you want to know how Google Workspace uses SPF, DKIM and hosted S/MIME encryption to send email through industrial-standard firewalls and ACLs.

How do I?
Often the 'how do I?' questions are quickly resolved on a per query basis. A query can be logged via our support centre, by calling, or emailing, where it will then be allocated to the support team to resolve. Guidance can then be provided using a remote session or we can arrange a face-to-face meeting to resolve your query.
These are 30-45 minute overview or taster sessions covering a broad range of software applications and tools. Courses offered usually include a look at: online work suite run-through, application overviews, web design theory, security principles or system tips/tricks.
These provide a more in-depth look at an application or feature. The relationship between applications can be covered based on a provided scenario - for example, the on-boarding of a new employee and the steps required to get them set up across systems. Workshops range from 1 hour to 2.5 hours.
