What's included in Zoho One?

Zoho One includes more than 40 enterprise-level online applications to grow sales, market your business, do your accounting, communicate with teammates and customers, and much more. This plan includes web, mobile, and installed versions of our applications, as well as browser extensions and other useful extras. What's not included in Zoho One?

Zoho One doesn't include everything Zoho does. Here's a partial list of what's not included:

Which editions of the applications are included in Zoho One?

Zoho One offers "Enterprise Level" features. We do not go by plan mapping in each service, but assure enterprise level feature availability.

Where will my data be stored?

Depending on your location, your data will be stored on Zoho-owned servers in the United States, Europe, or Asia. Zoho follow industry standard best security practices. Zoho does comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework. Zoho strongly believes that your data belongs to you. Zoho never, under any circumstances, sells your data—Zoho don't advertise in any of their products and never will. Please check out Zoho's security and privacy policy pages for more information.

I use Zoho Apps in parallel with Google's G Suite. If I purchase Zoho One, will I have to move away from G Suite?

Absolutely not. We at Ostratto use both G Suite and Zoho one and they work excellently alongside each other.

Of course, your business may not need both and so you may be paying two companies for the same usage.

With more than 40 applications, some of these apps must be lightweights. Are you really claiming to have a broad suite of apps that also have depth of functionality?

Yep, that's exactly right. Zoho's suite of applications is one of the broadest and deepest in the world. Each of their product teams is run as a separate company. Their mandate is to be the best in their category. Sure, some apps are more mature than others, but you're not going to find 'lightweight' apps at Zoho. Breadth and depth together is achievable.

You say your applications can run an entire business. Do you run your business on Zoho apps?

Absolutely! Ostratto runs on Zoho just as Zoho does. We eat our own dog food. Zoho, as a 5000+ employee company with offices in 7 different locations, doing business in more than 130 countries across multiple currencies, timezones and languages, they run the vast majority of their business on Zoho. It's a majority because there are a few apps they don't offer. But rest assured, they're working on those.
