This included setting up 17 departments, 70 designations, and specific processes for three different locations, ensuring compliance with local requirements while maintaining global consistency. Each location received its own customized set of HR documents and processes, with automated translations where needed.

The system was structured to automatically route employees through the correct regional processes based on their location, while still maintaining centralized oversight for global HR managers.
